Who can send a family film enquiry
Neutoons enquiries are for parents and guardians. Children should not submit this form themselves. We ask adults not to include a child’s full name, school, address, photo, voice recording, or other identifying details.
Reading progress on your device
The picture-book reader saves your book, page and language in this browser on your device. This reading record is not sent to Neutoons. Clearing this site’s browser data removes it. If browser storage is blocked, you can still read, but your place will not be saved.
What we collect
We collect the adult’s name and email, a broad child age range, the story idea and optional film production notes. The family enquiry form does not accept image uploads. If we later invite a family to share a drawing, we send the parent a separate private upload link. Cloudflare Turnstile also helps us distinguish people from automated abuse.
Why we use it
We use the information only to review the enquiry, reply with a plan and quote, protect the form, and—if the family chooses to proceed—prepare the commissioned work. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use submitted stories to train AI models.
Storage and deletion
New enquiries are stored privately in Cloudflare’s infrastructure. A notification copy is sent to [email protected] through Zoho Mail so the studio can respond. Database records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; that process does not automatically delete mailbox copies. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete an enquiry, including its email copy, at any time. If a project begins, the signed project agreement will describe any longer production retention.
